The UM CargoBike is a cargo pedelec specially designed for transporting large volumes and heavy loads in urban areas. It is the perfect workhorse for commercial CEP services (courier express parcel services). In addition to the driver, up to 250 kg can be loaded. The standard transport box has a capacity of 2.0 m³. The UM CargoBike can also be modularly equipped with only a platform or a tarpaulin body as required. The heavy duty wheels located under the platform allow access to the load area from three sides. The range is up to 80 km depending on the installed battery. You can choose between three battery variants: 2,800 Wh lithiumion, 4,000 Wh LiFePo or 5,600 Wh lithiumion battery according to the latest technical standards. Thanks to the patented tilting technology, the UM CargoBike can be ridden intuitively like a normal bicycle. Cornering is supported by the electronic diffe- rential. Despite the high permissible total weight of 580 kg, the UM CargoBike is reliably brought to a halt by the hydraulic dual-circuit brake system. Braking is assisted by the recuperation mode of the two electric motors, which recovers valuable energy. When stationary, the UM CargoBike can be easily manoeuvred on the spot due to the steering angle of 90°. The electric push aid provides support here.

The standard transport box has the dimensions H=1500 x L=1400 x W=980 mm and a capacity of 2.0 m³ . With it you can safely transport up to 250 kg of goods.
